ThalitaLeite Curl Salon is looking for a Proactive, Self-driven, and Responsible Overall Virtual assistant who plays a crucial role in supporting the salon team. This role is vital for the salon’s efficient operation and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily salon appointment bookings and confirmations using Vagaro system
- Coordinate schedules for multiple stylists or service providers
- Identify customer needs and assist with the use of specific features.
- Update and message clients for feedback and follow-ups.
- Oversee and manage client schedules, including scheduling, rebooking, rescheduling, and handling deposits.
- Confirm client appointments and manage upselling of services and products online.
- Monitor daily salon profits and log information in spreadsheets.
- Assist with social media management, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Helping with administrative tasks.
- Help with marketing strategies and plans
- Create caption and post on social media
- Create content for social media platforms like video reels or graphic design

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, receptionist, or scheduler preferably in a salon, spa, or service-based business for 2 years+
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with salon booking systems or CRMs (e.g., Fresha, Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high-volume scheduling
- A calm and friendly demeanor, even under pressure
- Can do video editing and graphic design
- Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus
- Availability to work full-time, Monday-Saturdays
- Familiarity with social media management and marketing
- Willingness to take on new tasks as needed.
- Confident in sales and sociable in interactions.

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: R$2,500.00 - R$3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
