**We're hiring**

US Company looking for a **Lead IT Support** based in Brazil for a **remote **role

**For this challenge you must have**:

- Experience with Microsoft 365 Office - resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint, and Teams end-user support
- Experience with Account administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues)
- Experience with Service Now, ticket and escalation handling
- Experience with AV (audio/video) meeting room support and troubleshooting (Cisco VCs, Solstice, App Space, Liaise with HQ team and local AV vendor)
- Experience with Process Automation - Power Automate, MS Forms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- **Fluent English**

**As a regional technical reference, you'll also be responsible for**:

- Escalation point for the other desktop members
- Opening tickets with Microsoft
- Windows Vulnerability management via RiskSense and Powershell scripting
- Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting and recycling
- EMEA Meeting room monthly reporting
- Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp

**Desired**:

- Experience with the ITIL principles (Including Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management)
