Customer Data Owner Specialist

In this position you will be part of the Life Science business. It means you are going to help to make the Digitalization on the business of helping scientists to change the world.

Our job is to help the Customer (B2B environment) in the best way possible to understand and buy better our portfolio of more than 300 thousand products. For example, as a global life science supplier, we are here to help in the response to COVID-19. From supplying raw materials and research products for detection and characterization to production, we've consolidated relevant product and service offerings within a centralized COVID-19 webpage.

The Customer Data Owner Specialist is part of the Customer Digital Transformation organization.

**Your Role**:

- Develop recommendations and drive improvements to data standards, processes, definitions, or tools.
- Stablish and guarantee standard for customer data capturing in multichannel.
- Customer data update and accuracy on CRM (SalesForce).
- Support internal teams providing assertive data related to customer.
- Direct action in customer view, linking with the expected outcomes and OKRs in the company's strategic vision.
- Actively act in the formation of a data driven culture in the company.
- Create appropriate reports, communiques, and bulletins for stakeholders.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Data management relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills in using data to make recommendations and business decisions.
- Experience using Agile methodologies.
- Experience in Lifecycle of data and information.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Proficient at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Big Query and others are also acceptable.).
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
- SAP and Sales Force knowledge.

**Who You Are**:

- Graduate Degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Management, BI & Analytics, or related fields.
- Business Fluent English skills.
- Advanced Spanish is a plus
- Enjoy working independently and responsibly.
- Curious thinkers with drive to make changes in large organization.
