About the Team
Talent Acquisition Center-International was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & deliveries across the world for different business units at TikTok outside China sustainably. Our mission is boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies;
2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines;
3. Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team;
5. Lead key initiatives and projects that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results;
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent management;
2. Strong communication and organizational skills;
3. Good data management and manipulation skills;
4. Ability to implement various hiring matrices to increase efficiency and to communicate with stakeholders using data driven reports;
5. Experience negotiating complex compensation packages.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruitment processes;
2. Team supervision or management experience;
4. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself;
5. Optimistic and collaborative - we're building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey.
