The incumbent in this position will lead a team of 4-6 individual contributors and will be responsible for supporting regional sales teams in delivering aftermarket sales growth in accordance with business plan targets, leading the growth and development of Aftermarket Sales Consultants (ASCs) to ensure provide product and solutions expertise, as well as commercial and merchandising support.

**What you will do**:

- Lead SEM Aftermarket GTM team to initiate service growth strategy and execute priorities including CSA, Repair options etc.
- Lead the selling opportunities identification and develop marketing plan merchandising plans to support SEM global aftermarket sales team to achieve annual BP.
- Support the execution of parts marketing campaigns linked to growth initiatives
- Provide aftermarket product and solution expertise to Aftermarket sales teams and dealers, and support the development of ASRs through product and solutions training
- Management of parts sales variance to meet annual business plan and growth targets

**Project management**:Knowledge of project management strategies and tactics, ability to plan, organize and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

**Customer Focus**:the ability to understand, prioritize, and meet the needs and expectations of customers. It involves putting the customer at the center of decision-making and consistently delivering value through products, services, and interactions.

**Basic requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Pre advanced English
- Product knowledge of construction machine (wheeloader, motor grader, compactor, bulldozer).
- Proficiency in English (Fluent level)

- This position requires 20-30% travel.
