We’re seeking a results-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in the beauty industry, to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This is a fully remote position for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with the brand and tailored to distinct brand pillars and target audiences
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, contents, events etc)
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Lead content development and brand messaging across platforms
- Plan, lead, direct and execute trend and relatable content ideas with the CEO and the Team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators,and scheduling team
- Oversee and manage marketing contents, campaign budgets, clients and students
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience with measurable results
- Extensive experience in managing and executing successful product and course launches.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and team collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a remote with fast paced work environment
- Experience in Beauty industry or any related field is a strong plus
