**Job Description**:
Functions

Perform the assessment of our internal process maturity and work together with the Customer Support Managers to deliver a better customer experience, making process improvements by working on automations and developing new internal tools.

Act as a support point of contact of our Customer Support Managers to help on the service delivery strategy of each of our customer.

Work together with other internal areas to streamline and simplify the Service Delivery process flow.

Basic Requirements
In this position you will be able to learn and contribute to people the their best in the moments that matter.
