**About Our Client**:
Bahr & Company is a purpose-driven force in global omnichannel marketplace consulting, delivering strategy, execution, and impact through data, technology, and faith-driven innovation. Its technology division, Aiometrix, empowers global businesses through a proprietary AI and automation platform that provides real-time insights and control across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Target.
Aiometrix combines bold innovation with servant leadership to drive profitability and social good, supporting clients through white-glove onboarding and strategic advisory to foster long-term success.
**Role Overview**:
As a Client Onboarding Advisor at Aiometrix, you will be the strategic partner and first point of contact for newly signed clients. You’ll lead the onboarding journey, provide expert system training, and ensure clients achieve value from day one. This is a full-time, remote, nearshore position aligned with PST hours.
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Client Journey:
Serve as the primary contact for clients post-sale. Design onboarding plans based on SOPs, facilitate kick-off calls, and track progress and platform engagement.
- Deliver Strategic Value:
Guide clients in using Aiometrix features to achieve meaningful business outcomes. Promote successful adoption and ROI through active advisement.
- White-Glove Support Advisory:
Maintain high-touch relationships, aligning client growth with Aiometrix's tiered pricing structure and helping clients transition across business tiers.
- Maintain Operational Excellence:
Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success, collaborate with Product teams, and contribute to optimizing support documentation and workflows.
- Elevate the Experience:
Uphold Aiometrix’s values through professional, empathetic, and personalized client interaction.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in client onboarding, sales support, or customer success in a SaaS or eCommerce-tech environment.
- Amazon Advertising Technology experience preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with CRM platforms, Intercom, and training/documentation tools.
- Strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Amazon marketplace, advertising tools, or supply chain software.
