**Position Summary**:
This role reports to the Financial Analysis Manager on the Business Support Unit Performance Controlling Team and is responsible for the financial support of the Strategy and Marketing organization for Digital Industries Software (DI SW).

**Location**: Mexico or Brazil

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Business partner with Marketing Managers and cost owners
- Prepare annual plan and monthly forecasts for departments within Global Strategy and Marketing Organization
- Track and manage headcount, expense, and capital budgets
- Partner with the Financial Analysis Manager to drive a companywide initiative to allocate cost of revenue and operating expenses to product P&L
- Variance analysis and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Assist managers in understanding the financial impact of business decisions
- Provide guidance regarding corporate policies and procedures
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close process
- Identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies.
- Lead process improvement efforts and ad-hoc projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within Finance and other Corporate Functions

**Job Qualifications**:

- **Fluent English is a must** (the position supports the USA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, and 5+ years relevant experience
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Solid understanding of general accounting, forecasting, expense planning, financial management, and analysis for alternative business decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and successfully lead and complete complex projects, while meeting deadlines and maintaining responsiveness.
- Ability to summarize and communicate information as appropriate for the audience.
- Familiarity with or desire to learn marketing analytics, Automation tools (e.g., KNIME) and Smart Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or QlikView) a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with query tools, as well as the ability to use systems/tools to gather data and summarize information for management.
- Hyperion, Essbase/SmartView, SAP and Business Objects experience desired.
