**Role Summary**:
The HR Business Partner is a crucial member and enabler for the ISC & Intelex team in Brazil, providing support to leaders for a wide variety of business initiatives. We are in search of a qualified and resourceful HR BP to support our businesses in ensuring strategic deliverables as well as efficient HR operations. The HR Business Partner will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us plan and administer essential functions, such as staffing, employee engagement, talent management, training and development, and compensation and benefits in liaison with the global teams.

HR Business Partner is a critical member and enabler for ISC & Intelex team in Brazil. The Human Resources function is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it.
Responsibilities and deliverables

Provide strategic insights into organization/talent development and employee engagement

Provide thought leadership through Talent Assessment discussions aligned with the business and talent strategies

Positively impact both labor costs and effectiveness

Enable/Streamline processes to ensure intake of quality talent by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team; proactively build the capacity for the organization to change faster than the competition

Guide the hiring process and ensure HR policy compliance by understanding all relevant local HR laws, with an eye to continuous improvement.

Manage the local payroll process by ensuring accurate & timely collection of payroll input data for all entities

Ensure competitiveness of local benefits programs; manage the administration of plans and support employees in any questions on programs

Drive adoption of the Talent Management Strategy, Performance and Development Tools, and Leadership development in the organization

Support managers in aligning employee goals with overall business goals, with the right performance metrics and in assessing performance and potential

Instruct leaders on matters pertaining to poor performance and handling difficult performance related decisions

Drive positive employee relations and performance by coaching on effective communication and leadership

Establish strong relationships with the leaders by working with and shadowing the business leaders and employees

Collaborate effectively within the HR Team and coach new team members as appropriate

Support the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

Implementing operational HR tasks, such as onboarding/offboarding employees, benefits management, compensation reviews, handling leave requests, parental leave, etc.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring legal compliance. Partners with internal and external legal counsel as needed/required.

Work with team members to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring high level service to the business through bringing to bear the HR model and COE structure.

Collaborate with the global HR team to align and on projects and ensure they are performed efficiently and accurately.

Conduct exit interviews and perform data analysis on feedback and reports findings and recommendations to leadership.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree, preferably university

7+ years professional experience in HR

Outstanding organizational skills
