Novibet is looking for a dynamic Sponsorship Commercialization and Activation Manager to join our Marketing team in Fortaleza.

Your role
As a Sponsorship Commercialization and Activation Manager you will be the key person, managing our sponsorship to Fortaleza Football Club.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Oversee servicing for Fortaleza’s football team sponsorship and partnership
- Responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of all sponsor benefits, including onsite activation and assisting with needs across all events and activities
- Track objectives, marketing platforms and activation efforts
- Serve as the central liaison between Novibet’s marketing team and Fortaleza's marketing department on sponsorship implementation activities for both programs and events
- In coordination with Fortaleza's marketing staff and Novibet’s marketing team, plan and implement sponsor events/programs; and create activation strategies to help meet sponsorship business objectives
- Work with Novibet’s marketing and Fortaleza's marketing team and other teams to coordinate fulfillment of sponsor benefits
- Responsible for fulfillment of sponsor and hospitality benefits including behind‐the‐scenes access, tickets distribution and VIP customer’s hospitality
- Serve as the central liaison on sponsorship advertising and integration with Novibet’s marketing to coordinate and deliver advertising benefits for sponsor
- Ensure appropriate and timely implementation of sponsorship benefits
- Produce customized fulfillment reports outlining marketing benefits delivered.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of working experience in sponsorship management positions in the Online Gaming Industry
- Strong academic background in Marketing and Communications
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
- Resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
