**Responsibilities**: - Established a group of Training Administrators and instructor in the Service and Construction Department - Providing excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for training inquiries and communication - Supporting Training Administration in delivering needed resources to provide requested technical trainings in classroom environment or remotely - Coordinating on-site and off-site training events, assisting the administration of training including scheduling, procurement, set up, communication and logistics - Responding to reporting requests, generating reports, and providing report analysis support. - Support and coordinate legal mandatory training initiatives in Latin America. **Qualifications**: - Experience in adult education, training, corporate training, higher education or equivalent educational experience - Experienced Learning Management System (LMS) administrator preferred - Experienced customer service skills - Experience with change and conflict management - May be required to travel (35%) - Valid driver's license - Proficiency in English and portuguese - Spanish knowledge desirable - Experience on Vestas turbines preferred. **Location: Natal, BR** **BEWARE - RECRUITMENT FRAUD** **DEIB Statement** At Vestas, we recognize the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
