Influencer Specialist

**Purpose of Position**

The English-speaking Influencer Specialist position is an important role within the Influencer Partnerships department, dedicated to building and developing new influencer relationships and partnerships in North America. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to support and accelerate the growth of influencer marketing across our network.

As an Influencer Specialist, you will provide operational support to the Influencer Partnerships team and are focused on supporting the delivery of our service packages. It is an entry-level position which provides an ideal first step into the influencer marketing industry. Influencer Specialists work across a wide range of sectors and industries by leveraging our award-winning Awin network.

**Key Tasks**

Work alongside the Influencer Partnerships team to provide support to some of the network's largest clients, in line with the following tasks:

- Facilitate influencer sourcing, recruitment, and outreach for advertisers based on their criteria and requests.
- Assist with newsletter creation, mail merges, and communication to influencers.
- Perform program audits and monitor influencer performance to ensure compliance.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting, program updates, and other recurring tasks and requests.
- Support Influencer Partnerships team with client presentations.
- Take a proactive approach with assigned projects and tasks, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.

**Skills & Expertise**
- No specific experience required. Previous experience in digital marketing (i.e. internships) and an interest in Influencer Marketing and/or Social Media is a plus.

- Ability to be proactive with clients and internal team members, with a willingness to help peers pick up additional tasks to share workload.
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting client deadlines.
- Show impeccable attention to detail for internal and external facing work.
- Technical Skills
- Familiarity with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new technology systems and platforms.
- Language Skills/Other:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - communication with internal staff and external clients daily is a necessity.
