Join an organization that demonstrates a proactive health and safety management system, combined with strong employee engagement and environment that fosters continuous improvement. You will provide leadership and oversight to the Health Safety Environment & Facilities (HSE&F) functions, activities and performance for the (insert site support), establishing strong working relationships with site leadership team and the employees. You will report directly to the (Insert site leader or functional leader as applicable). You will be a key leader for the (indicate site support) managing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes. You will ensure the (insert site) keeps in front of leading practices in health and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support incident investigation activities, root cause analysis, identification of corrective actions and closure.
- Work closely with leaders to measure and communicate HSE performance.
- Monitor trends and promote injury/illness reduction.
- Manage the region in the management of emergency conditions and containment actions.
- Participate in customer reviews and audits.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to improve HSE in the workplace

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Hygiene, Engineering or other fields related to Science
- Experience in HSE in field service environment
- +5 years of experience in HSE
- Advanced English
- Advanced Spanish (Brazil)

- Ability to communicate and influence decision-making at multiple levels of the organization
- Mature judgment and decision-making ability with strategic and tactical experience in HSE
- Ability to work with direct reports and team to achieve organizational goals
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and management experience with global aspects of HSE and Sustainability
