We're a Team with a big responsibility: to deliver a fantastic experience to people since our first contact. We design processes and projects to guide people's journey at ArcTouch. And we do this always involving people around to work with their unique perspectives - by the way, Collaboration is one of our core values, and we live it every single day
As a People Development Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating processes and projects to deliver an awesome employee experience to everyone at ArcTouch continuously - engineers, project/product managers, analysts, leaders, I mean, everyone. You do this by creating meaningful connections with the people in our company, listening to their thoughts, and inviting them to build fitting solutions together. You're an internal consultant and with data in hand, you're able to drive essential discussions regarding culture, diversity, learning and development, and career. You're constantly looking for feedback to understand what you can do better.
**Role expectations**:
- Take the lead and support HR processes related to engagement, learning & development, onboarding, well-being, career journey, and inclusion.
- Onboard new employees with the design of experiences and tools that make their start smooth and easy.
- Act as an ambassador for our culture and company values, designing and improving aligned projects and processes.
- Support the performance review process and help our team to improve it constantly.
- Use your Learning & Development knowledge to help build learning opportunities for leaders and individual contributors.
- Be responsible for organizational climate management and use your critical thinking and analytical skills to understand our current path and build aligned solutions - GPTW.
- Guide people through their career journey process, providing the necessary tools for them to make decisions regarding their development and career path autonomously.
- Use your diversity and inclusion experience to help us build inclusive processes, policies and programes.
- Participate in meetings with the team, which will require you to communicate in both oral and written English.
- Understand the current context and adapt to them: sometimes, you'll need to execute many processes, and other times you'll need to focus on quality and bring innovation.
- Build strong relationships among all stakeholders and act as a facilitator balancing all the different points of view when making decisions.
- Act as a real partner of the leaders, being fully onboard on the area's needs and providing them important data so they can be fully informed to make the best decisions.
- Keep yourself up to date, looking for development opportunities inside and outside ArcTouch, mainly translating knowledge into results. Here we value experimentation, using different kinds of knowledge that help us deliver better results, such as employer branding, employee experience, agile, and design...and we expect you to keep bringing it to our team.
**On a typical day, you will**:
- Onboard new people to ArcTouch, helping them understand our culture and working methods.
- Provide training on skills that are important to the business.
- Build policies and processes to improve diversity, belonging, and inclusion at ArcTouch.
- Provide tools and resources for leaders and individual contributors to build and follow their career journey goals.
- Work to improve our employee's experience, prioritizing the subsystems according to the business needs, understanding our improvement opportunities, testing new solutions to our problems, and following up on the results.
- Build development programs across the company, supporting people to develop and grow.
- Run exit interviews and provide analysis on the data collected to improve our lovable workplace.
- Provide information to the Executive Team's reports.
