Our customer is an Atlanta-based fintech company that’s committed to empowering parents to raise financially-smart kids. Its groundbreaking family finance product, Our customer, is a debit card for kids that parents manage by app using flexible parental controls. Patent-pending technology enables parents to choose the exact stores where their children can spend, manage chores, set parent-paid interest rates on savings and more. Kids monitor balances, create saving goals and learn to make real world trade-off decisions.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our product analytics and delivery team within the Data Science and Analytics Organization. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers to provide insights, develop reports and dashboards, create analytical stories, perform deep analysis to drive action, and support product delivery. Additionally, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to help build SQL data models that ensure the accuracy and trustworthiness of reporting throughout company replatforming efforts. Strong SQL skills, analytical abilities, data visualization skills (preferably Tableau), at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, expertise in data storytelling, SQL joins, and agile Kanban methodologies are required for this position.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborating with product managers to understand their analytics needs.
- Providing insights through data analysis and developing reports and dashboards.
- Creating analytical stories that balance accurate data representation with actionable insights.
- Performing deep analysis on datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting in building SQL data models to ensure accurate reporting during company replatforming efforts.
- Writing SQL queries to obtain data to then be presented into Dashboards and Slide decks.

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Strong SQL skills for querying databases efficiently.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred).
- Expertise in data storytelling and presenting insights in a compelling manner.
- Familiarity with SQL joins for data integration and analysis
- Experience working in an agile Kanban environment.
