We seek for a **Staffing Team Lead**to play a pivotal role in optimizing internal talent deployment and workforce readiness, acting as the primary partner to business leaders in Brazil. This role drives effective talent-matching strategies, ensuring alignment between business demands and available capabilities, while partnering with recruitment and business teams to anticipate and meet evolving staffing needs. The position also leads, coaches, and empowers a team to deliver excellence in all staffing operations.

**What will help you succeed**:

- Previous experience in IT consultancy firms.

- Understanding of technical profiles.

- Proven track record in leading teams and driving effective internal talent management.

- Advanced English skills and Spanish, both written and spoken.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented mindset.

- Flexibility and a strong sense of urgency.

- Background in Business, Human Resources, or Psychology is a plus.

- Manage the talent pool to ensure internal talent readiness for current and future business needs.

- Validate system information to facilitate accurate talent matching processes.

- Analyze data and develop solutions to enhance business capacity.

- Communicate strategies and solutions that promote client success and align with the company’s vision.

- Negotiate with internal clients to efficiently fill open positions.

- Collaborate closely with Recruiting teams and internal stakeholders.
