Minimum qualifications:

- 6 years of customer-facing experience, interfacing with executives to drive digital projects.
- Experience in ad technologies, including media buying and analytics.
- Experience in team management, navigating customer organizational structures, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience expanding product adoption at enterprise customers, identifying key customer patterns and best practices, and developing scalable strategies for growth using data-driven insights.
- Knowledge of Google Solutions, other marketing technology, and cloud.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Excellent project/program management skills.
- Excellent analytical and detail oriented skills.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in charge of generating business value for Google customers through the implementation of our products and solutions.
- Partner with internal and external teams across varying functional areas to design and deliver digital transformation projects that fulfill customer needs.
- Develop relationships with C-level and other key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in order to grow partnerships.
- Build, disseminate, and leverage knowledge of our products as well as the overall ad/marketing technology ecosystem and solutions.
- Partner with other team leaders to develop and execute a strategy that delivers business growth for Platforms and for Google.
