**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop project Gantt plans, including timelines, budgets, resources and risk management, factoring in both technical and business objectives.
- **Execution & Delivery**: Oversee project execution, monitor progress on a daily basis, and lead status calls to ensure deadlines are met.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, development team members, 3rd parties and leadership, providing regular updates on project status.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes, both from a technical and resource perspective.
- Proactively develop contingency plans for technical delays or resource constraints.
- **Performance Reporting**: Use project management tools to monitor performance metrics and provide detailed post-project evaluations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably within a technology organization.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools - experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) would be a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Basic familiarity with cloud-based environments and technology stacks is an advantage but not mandatory.
