**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a **Global CX WFM System and Tools Controller** to our **Customer Experience (CX) **team in **São Paulo**

Mission to be the owner of the systems used by CX. To keep control of the usage of systems, quantities of licenses, creation and maintenance of users, planning of changes, 1st level support and escalation of issues to vendors.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- To provide and fix access to systems used by CX, outsources and other areas of Gympas in all regions;
- To keep employee information updated in Playvox and files used by reports;
- Provide delivery of computers and peripherals to new agents and replacements;
- To control usage of licenses and respect the limits in the contracts.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Years of previous experience using or managing systems used by contact centers such as systems of workflows, ACD, CRM, Front End and WFM;
- Preference for experience, Zendesk, Genesys and Playvox WFM;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Advanced English skills (mandatory);
- Satisfaction with to well serve internal clients and other areas;
- Curiosity to learn about systems and how to improve the business using by better using them;
- Good at relationship with internal teams and external vendors;
- Problem Solving skills - you are able to turn incomplete or ambiguous inputs into action plans;
- Strong attention to detail, highly self-driven and results oriented;
- Project Management skills;
- Practical Experience with Excel (PivotTable) is required;
- Experience with assistance to users.
