Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our IT team. This role is crucial for ensuring our technological environment's efficient and stable operation.

What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, implement, manage, and support the tools that make up the IT infrastructure ecosystem, including monitoring solutions, Patch Management, and configuration management.
- Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, network, security, and support teams.
- Identify and resolve complex issues related to the tools, supporting end-users, maintaining updates, and providing improvements.
- Implement and maintain security measures, following market policies and best practices.
- Analyze performance and capacity, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing configurations.
- Provide efficient technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly.
- Implement projects, ensuring their completion on time and within budget.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, generating performance reports, security audits, and incident responses.

What Do We Expect That You Have
- Experience with at least two market monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Nagios, etc.).
- Advanced expertise in monitoring tools and observability practices.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, automation, and integration with third-party tools.
- Desirable knowledge in modern observability (metrics, logs, traces).
- Ability to develop automation scripts for operational tasks (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Desirable certifications in specific tools (e.g., Zabbix Certified Specialist).
- ITIL certification.
- Proven track record of successful project management in IT infrastructure.

What Will Be the Difference If You Have
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
- Strong scripting skills for automation and operational efficiency.
- Additional certifications in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to IT challenges.
- Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), VMWare, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
