**Summary**:
**Job description**:

- ** Creating Briefings**: Collaborating in the creation of detailed briefings to guide the partner agency in data analysis, customer segmentation and campaign sending;
- ** Innovation**:Contributing creative ideas for CRM campaigns, bringing new perspectives and suggestions that can increase effectiveness and consumer engagement;
- ** Brand Partnerships**:Working in partnership with different Colgate-Palmolive brands to understand specific opportunities and actively participate in the construction of the annual CRM sending calendar;
- ** Review and Approval**:Review and approve materials and campaigns delivered by the partner agency, sharing with the brands involved, providing feedback and ensuring that they are aligned with Colgate-Palmolive's objectives and strategies;
- ** Campaign Monitoring**:Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns, assisting in gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement;
- ** Communication and Follow-up**:Facilitate communication between Colgate-Palmolive and the partner agency to ensure clear expectations and compliance with established deadlines;
- ** Documentation**:Keep detailed records of interactions, both meetings and campaigns, and the results obtained for reporting and future analysis purposes.
