**O que procuramos?**
Procuramos Technical Writer para apoiar em um projeto muito estratégico de grande cliente da área de Tecnologia.
**Atribuições principais**:
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com proprietários de produtos, desenvolvedores de software, especialistas em gerenciamento de produtos e engenheiros de suporte, colaborando para compreender os processos de negócios e como o software os cobre;
Irá então, junto com o Arquiteto de Desenvolvimento de Assistência ao Usuário, desenvolver o conteúdo de assistência ao usuário (em inglês) que ajuda os clientes a implementar, configurar e executar o software SAP;
Além disso, revisará a interface do usuário quanto à usabilidade, pesquisará e definirá a terminologia, criará gráficos, vídeos e outros produtos que complementam a documentação escrita convencional.
**Requisitos**:
Inglês fluente;
Diploma universitário em línguas, negócios, humanidades ou área semelhante;
Capacidade de pensar holisticamente sobre as necessidades dos usuários em relação ao software e o conteúdo de assistência ao usuário;
Capacidade de explicar conceitos complexos de forma compreensível e clara;
Capacidade de criar conteúdo em todos os formatos;
Residência em Porto Alegre e região metropolitana;
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em cooperação com outras pessoas.

Saber trabalhar em ambiente internacional e em constante mutações, bem como, o cumprimento de prazos, por vezes, apertados.
**Localidade da posição**:
Modelo híbrido, com 3 dias no escritório do cliente em São Leopoldo/RS.
