You will be joining the CUSTOMER SERVICE team in Brazil with colleagues from different nationalities and working in multiple different locations across the world. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.

**What would your role look like?**

**Responsible for ORDER MANAGEMENT for LATAM Customers, as a Customer Service Analyst Senior, covering triangular business within the region, Domestic Sales in Mexico and Peru, as well as Export sales from Brazil and Peru.**

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Bachelor of Business Administration/Tech in Foreign Trade, or related, with at least 5 years of experience in same positions to perform the following functions:

- **Experience with SAP, regarding SD operation;**:

- **Deep knowledge of KPI implementation and management;**:

- **Power BI knowledge, for reports elaboration and further implementation/follow up;**:

- **Process improvement skills, duly proven;**:

- **Language: Proficient in Spanish and English (it will be used on a routine basis, and it will be tested within selection process).**
