**Training Lead**:
**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Trainer with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our Global Field operations training team. The role will focus on training and enabling the field operators with all required knowledge to collect relevant information to update maps accurately

**Role specific Responsibilities**:
**1. Manages E2E training program delivery for the respective markets assigned to**

**2. Ensure training materials are kept updated and also been translated into the relevant local languages with clear examples relevant to that market**

**3. Aligns with Google PgMs and creates specific training schedules for each role**

**4. Sets up and deliver each training in the specific market assigned to**

**6. Gathers trainee feedbacks to improvise the program on an ongoing basis**

**7. Send process updates through crispers to all field employees**

**8. Conducts periodic process knowledge tests to ensure all process updates are read and understood by the field employees**

**Other General Responsibilities**
- Create and implement strategic and integrated communications plans using a wide range of communications tactics to support programmatic efforts
- Work closely with Cognizant and client leadership team in order to design and implement product training structure and coordinate with vendors and external agencies
- Lead the development of workflow and policy training for an operations audience and design and build learning solutions
- Consult with business partners and stakeholders to determine the most effective enablement strategy and design training strategy to support products and workflows to complement
- Lead the team to success and drive training development to completion by managing timelines, overseeing the instructional design process, and coordinating the delivery of training
- Perform task analysis, report training progress, and evaluate results to provide recommendations to our stakeholders.
- Adapt global content to local needs and design and develop local content for customers and partners respecting brand guidelines

**Content Creation**
- Design and manage all content development initiatives: understanding business requirements, create and manage the content calendar, producing content, and eventually drive desired awareness, adoption, engagement.
- Plan, develop, and implement insight-driven, high-value thought leadership content in the form of whitepapers, eLearning Modules, case studies, video formats, web content, datasheets and presentations.
- 20-30% time spend on content creation

**Preferred Qualifications**

At least one of:

- Bachelor's degree in any streams with experience in training field
- Any additional certifications related to training and development

**Preferred Experience**
- Project management of training program delivery
- Content development experience in technology

**Soft Skills**
- You should be a confident presenter with the ability to persuasively articulate the product features, including in front of a large audience with various audience types
- Have a strong understanding and passion for technology and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest products and how they work
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment with a minimum of supervision
- Must be a self-starter, with a willingness to embrace change, quickly learn new technologies, work closely as a member of cross functional teams, and be open to new ideas and processes
- Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting and development of new procedures within the area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals
- Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations/completion of deliverables within area of responsibility
- Ability to define and manage complex projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.
