**Responsabilidades**:
- Administração e Governança: Supervisionar a plataforma de colaboração de documentos baseada na web SharePoint da Fugro e garantir que seu uso esteja alinhado aos processos de controle de documentos da Fugro e aos requisitos dos clientes.- Configuração e Manutenção: Configurar a plataforma SharePoint adicionando bibliotecas de documentos, desenvolvendo espaços de armazenamento compartilhados e estabelecendo procedimentos de backup. Isso também inclui adicionar usuários, controlar o acesso e configurar permissões.- Integração e Suporte: Integrar aplicativos da Microsoft para permitir colaboração online e apoiar os principais stakeholders internos na gestão das mudanças necessárias.- Conformidade e Monitoramento: Garantir conformidade com os processos de controle de documentos, implementar ações corretivas e monitorar o fornecimento oportuno de registros de projeto em conformidade com os requisitos do cliente.- Gerenciamento de Documentos: Preparar transmissões, emitir documentos eletronicamente, processar documentos recebidos e controlar documentos internos de projetos e gerais.
**Requisitos**:
- Diploma do ensino superior em Biblioteconomia, Administração, Tecnólogo em Processos Gerenciais ou áreas afins.- Conhecimento do processo e procedimentos de gerenciamento de documentos, incluindo capacidade de organizar documentos para rastreabilidade, recuperação e arquivamento.-
- Abordagem orientada ao detalhe e boa capacidade de organização- Experiência prévia na gestão de documentos no Setor de Engenharia (Petróleo e Gás, Mineração, EPC, Consultoria, etc).- Conhecimentos de idiomas: Espanhol e Inglês. Nível avançado de Espanhol será considerado diferencial.- Disponibilidade para atuação em regime híbrido em nossa base em Rio das Ostras-RJ
