Finance is critical to the success of Amazon’s rapid global expansion. The objective of the Finance Operations Excellence (FOX) ACES PMO team is to devise and build reliable, scalable and innovative solutions for teams in finance and business. Finance and our partners by building scalable and reliable solutions that facilitate Amazon’s growth powered by finance tools and scalable processes. We are seeking a Program Manager for the FinOps - Program Management Office (PMO)

Key job responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Amazon’s products, business models, payment architecture and financial operations;
- Support critical relationships with internal and external business partners;
- Drive multiple complex to large programs simultaneously from initiation through delivery;
- Streamline project delivery across Finance Technology by standardizing project communications, execution and documentation, ensuring consistent, scalable global processes;
- Ensure strong business case development for all project requests including calculation of return on investment (ROI), assessment of customer value or impact and criteria for measuring project success;
- Drive continuous process improvement by collaborating with stakeholders on design of new solutions that enhance business performance and achieve established goals;
- Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions across Finance Technology by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs.
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Working knowledge of one or more of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting and Payroll;
- Understanding of standard Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Payroll business process;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and how it pertains to project management lifecycle;
- Intermediary Spanish.
