**Bid Manager**

Essa vaga é no modelo **híbrido** na nossa unidade de **São Bernardo do Campo**.

**Sumário**

Contribuir e assegurar a coordenação de todas as atividades do Work Package Manager (WPM) para a preparação da proposta e da linha de base inicial do futuro projeto.

**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Dirigir e coordenar as equipes envolvidas, tanto internas (work package managers, etc.) quanto externas (subcontratados, etc.);
- Analisar as necessidades/requisitos do cliente e da concorrência;
- Definir a estratégia de resposta (preços e custos objetivos, escolha de produtos, sistemas e serviços, soluções técnicas, etc.);
- Preparar ou supervisionar a preparação da cotação de custos, bem como a proposta técnica e comercial;
- Apresentar e promover licitações para o cliente, em estreita coordenação com Gerente Comercial / Gerente de Conta;
- Identificar riscos e nível de rentabilidade;
- Organizar revisões de licitações. Uma vez o contrato assinado, assegurar handover (transição) para Gestor(a) do Programa/Projeto;
- Prestar suporte a área de compras para estabelecer os critérios necessários para subcontratação de serviços para obter cotações.

**Qualificações**
- Bacharel em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência em projetos estruturantes nos setores como Defesa, Infraestrutura, Óleo e Gás, Setor Elétrico, Transportes, etc;
- Nível avançado em pacote Office, principalmente Excel;
- Conhecimento em MS Project;
- Inglês Fluente;
- Conhecimento das leis e regras de licitações e contratos públicos.
