**Job Title**:Junior Procurement Specialist**:

- Location: Subotica, RS, 240000- Business Unit: Dunkermotoren- Posting Date: Sep 25, 2024- Job Description:

- Manages the work of employees in the procurement team, assigns responsibilities and allocates departmental activities
- Train and plan employee training in the team
- Assesses the performance of employees in the team
- Prepare the necessary reports
- Creates and send RFQ to supplier. After receipt, negotiates up to level defined by responsibility matrix. Maintains price base accordingly in SAP.
- Ensures continuous supply of production materials according to defined process.
- Estimate the required quantities based on experience, taking into account required efficiency and safety, materials and parts
- Create delivery plan and coordinates with suppliers
- Pay special attention to critical materials and their timely provision
- Ensures delivery date and quality in critical situations and reports accordingly. Escalates topic to higher level if needed as defined by escalation matrix.
- Taking measures to ensure production continuity in case of bottlenecks or other issues with the delivery (quality issues, force majeure, etc.)
- Organize delivery and check delivery options
- Coordinate and cooperate with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Monitors incoming materials and its priorities
- Check and administer documents related to above mentioned tasks
- Creates and checks daily reports
- Monitor changes in production plan and its impact to material delivery plan
- Povides reminders and to supplier
- Provides corrections in case of excess or missing parts (reconciliation)
- Maintains database in SAP in accordance with defined responsibility level
- Supports supplier development department during ongoing complaints
- Analyses inventory results
- Analyses waste and increased material consumption
- Confirms and tracks planned sales orders towards HQ
- Directly coordinates the work of the production plant with the requirements of the HQ in terms of delivery deadlines, priorities and implementation
- Analyzes and eliminates the reasons for production delays
- Sends reminders/alerts in case of late work order completion and pending order confirmations
- Provides support when changing the validity of components
- Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency, and timeliness
- Upon the request of the Employer, may occasionally drive a vehicle (car), e.g. in case of a business travel, providing that he is qualified to drive, that is, fulfils all legal requirements
- Upon the direction of his supervisor performs other duties which, taking into consideration organization of the Employer’s activities, internal rules, and Employer’s orders, as well as regulations and standards of profession, fall into his work obligations
