Finance Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
New part-time opportunity for a Finance Assistant - Intern to join the Bruker Regional Finance Team based in Brazil.
- Process and schedule payments
- Reviews on expenses reports (Concur)
- Compensations and reconciliations on accounts payables and accounts receivables processes in ERP
- Perform collection procedures
- Support credit analysis
- Prepare reconciliations and provide support in accounting
- Input of invoices and allocations on purchase processes
- Prepare weekly schedule of Bruker do Brazil
- Store of documents (such as tax, finance and accounting)
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- College student with courses in progress to achieve Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy or related areas.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong oral and written fluency in English language
- Strong written, computer, quantitative communication and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency
- Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
- Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements
- Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
