The Director of Operations is responsible for the execution of company systems and processes. This role will report directly to the COO and be responsible for the management of all managers and have the ability to make new hires as needed. This person will demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and relentless work ethic to drive success.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Collaborate with executive team in the development of performance goals and long-term operational planning
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivtiy
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives
- Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team
- Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
- Development of systems playbook for company systems, structures, and processes

- Knowledge of web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain gaming, play to earn
- Consumer of web3/blockchain content and news
- Passion to learn about a rapidly developing technology and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
