**Resumo da posição**

Estamos à procura de um IT support proativo e detalhista para se juntar à nossa equipe de TI. Este profissional será responsável por analisar e resolver problemas técnicos relatados por usuários, além de desenvolver soluções eficientes que garantam a continuidade das operações. A posição exige habilidades analíticas, de desenvolvimento, e a capacidade de colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para oferecer um suporte de alta qualidade.

**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Analisar bugs, problemas e solicitações relatados por usuários corporativos.
- Diagnosticar a causa raiz dos problemas de software e propor soluções eficazes.
- Desenvolver e implementar soluções alternativas para resolver problemas técnicos.
- Oferecer soluções temporárias e de longo prazo que garantam a continuidade dos negócios.
- Encaminhar problemas complexos para desenvolvedores seniores ou outras equipes relevantes, quando necessário.
- Garantir a resolução eficaz e oportuna dos problemas escalonados, minimizando o impacto nas operações.
- Manter registros detalhados de problemas, soluções implementadas e alternativas temporárias.
- Gerar relatórios regulares sobre o status dos problemas e o progresso das resoluções.
- Comunicar-se de forma eficaz com usuários corporativos para entender suas preocupações e fornecer atualizações sobre o progresso das resoluções.
- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para garantir que os problemas sejam resolvidos de forma eficaz e com o menor impacto possível.

**EXPERIÊNCIA E QUALIFICAÇÕES EXIGIDAS**:

- Experiência prévia em suporte técnico.
- Habilidades analíticas fortes para identificar e solucionar problemas técnicos.
- Conhecimento em linguagens de programação e frameworks relevantes.
- Habilidade de comunicação clara com usuários corporativos e equipes técnicas.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e gerenciar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente.

- Pessoa que exerça cargo de dirigente desportivo, técnico desportivo, treinador e integrante de comissão técnica;
- Árbitro de modalidade desportiva, assistente de árbitro de modalidade desportiva, ou equivalente, empresário desportivo, agente ou procurador de atletas e de técnicos, técnico ou membro de comissão técnica;
- Membro de órgão de administração ou de fiscalização de entidade de administração de organizadora de competição ou de prova desportiva;
- Atleta participante de competições organizadas pelas entidades integrantes do Sistema Nacional do Esporte;

Pessoa diagnosticada com ludopatia, por laudo de profissional de saúde mental habilitado.
