**What role you will play in our team**:
The Process Modeling Architect plays a critical role tasked with creating logical and physical architectures for process modeling systems. This position ensures that technology systems align with business needs, focusing on platform operations, reliability, and adherence to the Architecture Framework and Tools.

**What you will do**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation to the team on process modeling products such as Signavio, ARIS, etc., for creating visual representations of business processes
- Product Evaluation: Evaluate and select products that fit business needs and align with company and team strategies
- Technical Roadmap Development: Develop and manage a technical roadmap and plan for product deployment at a corporate level, integrating new tools into team support
- System Design and Support: Lead the design and support of technology systems that fulfill business requirements, emphasizing platform operations, reliability, security, and scalability
- Data Source and Architecture Definition: Define appropriate data sources and architecture to support business processes and analytics
- Technical Direction: Drive the team’s technical direction and coach team members
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Delivery teams to define technical user stories and prioritize enabler work
- Vendor Partnership: Partner with vendors to influence system implementation guidance, roadmaps, and features

**About you**:
We are looking for a System Architect with 3 - 5 years of experience in Process mapping, Data Analytics, process improvement, business analysis, or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in the following field of knowledge is appreciated: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Scientist

Technical Skills:

- Tool & Software: Familiarity with process modeling tools and software: ARIS, Signavio
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python
- IT Platform: Strong understanding on the IT infrastructure and platform especially on Cloud platform
- Data Integration: API, data connection to other IT systems, internet network, firewall configuration and etc.
- Process Improvement Methodologies: Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques
- IT Technologies: AI, Machine Learning

Behavioral Skills:

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Work Collaboration: Experience working in a global company and collaborating across teams.
- Innovation and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to innovate and take initiative in developing new solutions and improving existing processes.

Nice To Have:

- Fundamental Business Knowledge: Understanding of processes such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Relevant Certifications: Certifications in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), data engineering, cloud computing, or specific tools and technologies.
