We are looking for a **Digital Marketer / Growth Hacker** to help us scale our online presence, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive growth through data-driven strategies.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness.
- Assist in website optimization (A/B testing, landing page improvements, conversion rate optimization).
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
- Track key performance metrics (CTR, CAC, LTV, etc.) and report on marketing ROI.
- Experiment with new growth strategies, tools, and tactics to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Hotjar.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting and testing new ideas.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bonus: Experience with landing page builders (Wix, Webflow etc)
