Since the acquisition of ScribbleLive in 2019, Rock Content has been expanding its operations in the North American market. We continue to grow at a fast pace and recently acquired WriterAccess, a leading talent marketplace with nearly 2,000 clients and more than 500 partner agencies.- We are looking for an exceptional digital marketer inside the Marketing Growth team. You will be responsible for generating leads and MQLs from the North American market, helping us to grow demand and brand awareness to keep this successful trajectory.
To excel in this role, you will combine your technical expertise in digital marketing with strong analytical skills. You will be requested to manage a variety of projects, maintain a high standard of quality, be data-oriented when making decisions, and develop creative solutions to address each challenge.
**Your Impact**:
- Lead our paid media campaigns, managing our relationship with the agency responsible for this strategy;
- Create briefings for new lead generation content and initiatives;
- Define plans for content syndication with the goal of generating leads and MQLs;
- Communicate with strategic partners, guarantee the execution and promotion of co-marketing initiatives;
- Create and present strategic reports to show results and findings;
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, to have a thorough understanding of Rock Content's customers, products and sales funnel;
**What we are looking for**:
- Fluent written and spoken English (you will target the North American market) - being a native English speaker is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field;
- Proven experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns and/or in managing projects;
- Analytical mindset;
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (obtained through practical experience) such as Google Analytics, Hello Bar, Google Ads, SEMRush, HubSpot, and others.
