Job SummaryA pessoa será responsável por implementar e garantir a manutenção dos padrões de gestão dos projetos liderados pelo time de Procurement Scent, visando otimizar processos e garantir a eficácia dos projetos.

Definir e Implementar Padrões:
O PMO irá estabelecer e manter padrões, metodologias, processos e ferramentas para a gestão de projetos, garantindo que todos os projetos sigam um modelo consistente.
Monitoramento e Controle:
Acompanha o progresso dos projetos, monitorando indicadores-chave, riscos e problemas, e reporta o desempenho.
Suporte aos Gerentes de Projeto:
Fornece suporte aos gerentes de projeto, auxiliando na identificação de recursos, na resolução de problemas e na implementação de melhores práticas.
Governança e Melhoria Contínua:
Promove a governança de projetos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e implementando mudanças para otimizar a gestão de projetos.
Centralização de Informações:
O PMO atua como um ponto central para a gestão de projetos, centralizando informações e facilitando a comunicação entre as partes interessadas.
