- ** Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?**

Sua principal responsabilidade nesta função será, inicialmente, mapear e documentar processos fim a fim na diretoria de Operações, assim como as instruções de trabalho, envolvendo áreas como Inside Sales, Compras, Contratos entre outras.

**Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?**
- Conhecimento em BPMN;
- Documentar de forma clara e organizada os processos e fluxos da diretoria de Operações;
- Apoiar demais ações no time de Governança (quando necessário)
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos atuais;
- Promover treinamento para as áreas envolvidas;
- Desenvolver relatórios para reporte do andamento dos projetos.

**O que esperamos que você possua?**
- . Conhecimento em BPMN- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point e Visio).
- Experiências com estruturação de novos processos, proposição de melhorias, reports gerenciais, KPI, cronograma, controle de prazos e riscos;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de suporte à gestão de atividades e controles (ex.: Jira, Confluence, Monday, Asana, Trello);
- Graduação em curso ou completa em áreas afins;
- Inglês Intermediário

**Como você pode se destacar?**
- Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de ITSM - Preferencialmente Service Now
- Desejável certificação ou conhecimento ITIL;
- Espanhol intermediário
