**Job Description**:
LATAM Business Analytics Specialist - MTO (POS/SIP), LATAM

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Business Analytics Specialist for Marketing Operations, you will play a key role for new Analytics Solutions development and improvements regarding POS and SIP processes. In this role you will be able stay connected with Technology and Business Areas delivering big value and insights to help the decision-making process and helping 3M to achieve the excellence in Customer Operations services.

The impact you will make in this role
- You will drive the scope definition and alignment with Business Areas;
- You will be responsible for management and development POS and SIP Analytics demands for Customer Operations LATAM;
- You will develop and implement new Power BI Dashboards and Power Platform solutions.
- You will help to improve and automate business process building new KPIs, new strategic analysis and exploring new ideas.

Your Skills and Expertise
- Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistic, Computer Engineer and related areas
- Power BI and DAX advanced experience
- SQL experience
- Advanced English is required
- Project Management skills
- Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
- Communication and Negotiation

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)
- Phyton experience
- Data Science skills (Prescriptive/predictive models)
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Supporting Your Well-being
