It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze financial data and metrics to provide insights that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making. - Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Sales, Operations) to identify data needs, optimize reporting processes, and implement automation solutions. - Perform in-depth analysis of balance sheet activities, tax calculations, and cost structures to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. - Support month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring accurate data collection, reconciliation, and reporting. - Lead initiatives to improve data quality, standardize financial processes, and enhance data governance practices. - Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations, transfer pricing, and other financial reporting standards, providing insights on potential impacts to the business. - Drive continuous improvement projects in financial systems and processes, focusing on automation and integration to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency. - Support external and internal audit requirements by providing accurate financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, BRGAAP). **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIMA, or Data Analytics Certification) is a plus. - Advanced English level. - Strong proficiency in financial analysis, data modeling, and forecasting. - Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA/macros. - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle JDE, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Blackline). - Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView). - Expertise in Digital process (automating processes with technologies). - Familiarity with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are highly desirable. - Solid understanding of IFRS, BRGAAP, and local tax regulations.
