Sr Service Delivery Analyst, com as principais responsabilidades:
Habilidade em coordenar diferentes operações com times presenciais e remotos; Execução de projetos de baixa complexidade e relacionamento com o cliente; Realizar o Levantamento das expectativas e necessidades dos clientes considerando o escopo contratado; Desenvolver a estratégia técnica dos projetos/operação, procedimentos técnico e controle para que seja executada conforme o planejado; Coordenar o atendimento efetivo do escopo contratado (Gestão de Indicadores, Book de métricas, gestão de crise, melhoria contínua etc.); Garantir o correto processo de transição e startup de novos serviços e/ou contratos de seus clientes; Coordenar a entrega de múltiplos contratos de Serviços a clientes, suportando o Gerente de Operações e Clientes; Fazer a gestão de fornecedores e parceiros dos contratos atrelados aos seus clientes; Ser a interface entre o cliente e as demais áreas internas da empresa durante a vigência do contrato; Manter relacionamento com nosso time Comercial e de pré-vendas para apontar novas oportunidades identificadas no relacionamento com o cliente, bem como GAPs de escopo fornecido; Disponibilidade para atendimento ao cliente em acionamentos fora do horário comercial (eventualmente); Ter experiência em gestão e entrega de SLA contratado; Possuir habilidade em desenvolver análise crítica e ter excelente senso de criticidade.

Superior completo; Inglês e espanhol intermediário; Conhecimento em tecnologias dos fabricantes como Cisco, Fortinet, Dell\EMC, Microsoft, AWS, Azure; Liderança, Comunicação, Relacionamento Interpessoal, Proatividade, Adaptabilidade, Flexibilidade, Solução de Problemas; Requisitos
Desejáveis Certificação ITIL e conhecimento da metodologia de Customer Success Conhecimentos em tecnologia (Redes de Computadores, Comunicações Unificadas, Wireless, Cloud e SOC)
