Sr Analyst CMS - ******** )Responsibilities:Make Sure the IBC'sSales Journey, working with other business teams on the consistency of CMS ´s programs.Provide the best experience (Digital and Physical) and visibility of the benefits to ensure consistency and impact the KPI ´s results.Focus on 360oJourneys and Activations, working with the Communication, Education, andCRMteam to ensure loyalty.Always evaluate the results of these journeys and propose continuous improvement adjustments.Analyze digital trends: apps, live shopping, and digital trade practices.Identify what should be maintained, modified, or improved.This position is responsible forday-by-day control of CMS promotions calendar, working with all support teamssince the planning phase,controlling systemandpromotion files, until thelaunch periodin order to ensure the bestexperiencefor the ISF and theassertivenessof our promo mechanics with Demand and IST teams.Provides support on financial control demands, such as cost control, budgeting process, etc.Generates analyses and insights to support monthly management meeting reports.Monitors competitive market, focusing on initiatives to Sales Force; Recruiting; Trade Marketing; CRM and other relevant experiences.Bring good market practices and propose continuous improvement of journeys.Contribute to Product Marketing actions as Trade.Frequently interacts with the ISF in order to capture their pulse, needs and feelings aiming to always support the ISF.Locais de TrabalhoEscritório Central em Barueri Av.Aruana, ******* Condominio WLC - Galpão África Barueri *********#J-*****-Ljbffr
