SR HR ANALYST

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment & Employer Branding.
- Training & Onboarding Management.
- Communication.
- Local mobility.
- Internship Program & Third-Party Management.
- HR KPI's.
- Data Administration (Workday and LMS systems).
- Process optimization (policies and procedures maintenance).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or correlated areas.
- Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English.
- Desirable: post-graduation in People Management / Business Management.
