**Job Objective**

1.The Purchasing Engineer will be the main responsible for the procurement & development of after-sales accessories & spare parts for vehicles, for Brazil and Mexico market, including cost, price & sourcing definition, supplier development, supplier production preparation, samples evaluation, production trial and final product approval. Identify and control procurement and compliance risks, standardize and improve procurement processes.

2. Responsible for other procurement tasks for factory, ensuring the on-time procurement of SOP and production requirements.

**Key responsibilities**

1. The Purchasing Engineer will be the main responsible for the Procurement & development of after-sales accessories & spare parts for vehicles, for Brazil and Mexico market, including cost, price & sourcing definition, supplier development, supplier production preparation, samples evaluation, production trial and final product approval;
2. Undertake the work arrangement of the company and leaders, and complete the assigned tasks;
3. Control the work quality and report the process problems;
4. Responsible for the implementation of the company's various procurement plans, the procurement of indirect materials, fixed assets, outsourcing services, etc., to meet the needs of various departments;
5. Continuously save the company's procurement cost through various measures such as price negotiation, localization replacement, brand replacement, introduction of new suppliers, material optimization, etc.;
6. Manage and improve the procurement mode and optimize the operation process to improve the overall work efficiency, continuously shorten the procurement cycle and improve supplier's material and service quality;
7. Implement and participate in the procurement project negotiation, contract signing, payment, material management, supplier management, related party management and other work, obey the requirements of procurement management regulations, ensure the smooth progress of indirect procurement work;

**Qualification**:
1. Operating experience in e-procurement system,

2. Mandatory previous experience in direct purchasing or after sales & accessories parts development (body auxiliary materials), desirable previous experience in Indirect Procurement with Production Auxiliary Materials, Machines Spare Parts and services, etc. Desirable experience in Mexico or supplier resources;
3. Engineering (desirable) or Administration degree;
4. Mandatory Fluency in English, Advanced Spanish is desirable

**Experience**:
At least 2 years of experience in Direct Purchasing or Accessories Development, passionate about purchasing for industry.

**Required knowledge and skills**:
Ability to read drawings and conduct supplier development and production preparation;
Capability in data analysis and Office use;
Excellent Communication Skills;
Problem solving and Decision-Making skills;
Strong ability to work under pressure and obey management;
Ability to work independently and self-disciplined.
- 100% in-person work model (Iracemápolis)
- Availability to travels to Mexico
