**About the Role**
As a successful Growth Ops Lead you will be expected to:
- Support the Sales team on data analytics, strategic planning, people performance in Latin America
- Coordinate the Sales performance processes and provide relevant analysis to the leadership
- Develop reports/dashboards and monitor the sales funnel, sources of leads and pricing across the countries
- Work close with Sales and Finance leaders to guarantee that the sales strategy is aligned with the revenue goal in Latin America
- Identify opportunities in our sales processes and our portfolio to leverage the coworking products and revenue
- Interface with new products sales and development
**Experience and Requirements**:
- BA/BS from a leading institution with a major in Business, Engineering or other quantitative focus
- 4+ years of total work experience in Consulting, Financial Services, Sales Operations, Growth; ideally work experience supporting fast paced areas
- Experienced with customer acquisition, growth strategies, and operations
- Entrepreneurial and a “growth hacker” mentality
- Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Naturally curious and proactive in learning
- Advanced Excel skill, programming is a plus
- Advanced English speaking, Spanish is a plus
