**What You’ll Do**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute content marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing goals
- Collaborate with global teams to design, develop, and deploy training programs tailored to different global markets, addressing diverse learning needs and preferences.
- Create high-quality, original content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts
- Design and develop engaging learning content, e-learning, Certifications, webinars, and training materials.
- Research and identify relevant topics and keywords for content creation
- Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms
- Promote content through social media and other channels to attract Developer community towards Apigee
- Track and analyze content performance and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest content requirement based on the feedback from internal teams
- Offer editorial, creative, and technical support for the learning content, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops as required, bringing the designed learning experiences to life
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices within the training and development industry.
- **Program Management**: Focus on Strategy & Coordination, Orchestrating multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives and benefits

**Preferred experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Learning Design, instructional design, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- In depth knowledge and experience in instructional design practices (ADDIE etc.), Content & learning design
- English advance (essential)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences and a strong editing and proofreading aptitude.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- I work in a hybrid way 2x in the office (South Zone)
