**Spanish Content Creation - Team Lead | Analista Pleno**

**About the role**

As a **Spanish Content Creation - Team Lead | Analista Pleno**, you will make an impact by leading and mentoring a team to develop compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences across Latin America and Spain. You will be a valued member of the Creative Excellence (Carbon) team and work collaboratively with clients, international stakeholders, and cross-functional creative teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.

**In this role, you will**:

- Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Lead, manage, and inspire a creative team to produce high-quality advertising content.
- Creative Direction:

- Guide the transformation of brand concepts into impactful campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Ad Creation Oversight:

- Ensure the development of compelling text and image-based ads tailored for Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Quality Assurance:

- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to uphold high standards of creative output.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with international teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.

**Work model**:Hybrid

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

**What you need to have to be considered**

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced Spanish and English
- Strong Creative Skills
- Expertise in copywriting and visual communication is crucial.
- Leadership background
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a creative team.
- Market & Technical Knowledge
- Background in Spanish market advertising and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for project tracking.
