The Global Client Manager (GCM) is responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of high bandwidth (GigE and above) IP transit services together with associated value-added services, to large corporations, carrier/ISPs and Internet-centric companies in Brazil. The GCM identifies and develops new sales opportunities in the Brazilian marketplace, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. Introduces company products and services to new and/or existing customers. Develops and maintains accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
The GCM will be responsible for leading the strategy and success of the customer’s overall engagement with GIN, closely coordinating all activities with other functional teams within GIN.

**Global Client Manager (GCM) - Brazil**
**Summary**
The Global Client Manager (GCM) is responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of high bandwidth (GigE and above) IP transit services together with associated value-added services, to large corporations, carrier/ISPs and Internet-centric companies in Brazil. The GCM identifies and develops new sales opportunities in the Brazilian marketplace, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. **Essential Functions/Duties**
- Responsible for developing sales in Brazil in the Wholesale IP space, with special emphasis on the carrier/ISP and content provider business by identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers by cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation and customer appointments in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quota
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
- Develops and maintain strong relationships with key business executives and other stakeholders in prospect and customer organizations
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to plan
- Performs other duties as they may be assigned.
- Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
- Responsible for participating and successfully completing all companywide mandates/training in a timely manner.
- Complies with all Ethics and professional standards.
- Complies with all corporate and organizational security policies and guidelines.
- Abides by all policies and procedures.
