Join us and make an impact happen with a career at TikTok.About the TeamThe Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products.**Responsibilities**:- Leading a set of large global accounts across LATAM, the role includes a mix of operational excellence, strategy, business acumen, client servicing and sales.- Galvanising their accounts by partnering with Sales team leads to drive revenue, while providing strategic direction for Latam region.- Working together with Global Account Directors and Global Account Leads to meet account strategic priorities and delivery of JBP strategic value ads. Being the voice of the Global accounts team to local markets to ensure consistency and delivery of overall account objectives/ targets.- Ability to run trainings, client workshops, capability building and responses to briefs.- Navigating a complex matrix client with clients in multiple markets from global Media leads to global Brand manager support.- Unlock commerce and creative opportunities by ensuring client understanding of TikTok products.- Excellent client servicing skills, with the ability to man-mark senior client stakeholders.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:- 5-10 years experience in client and/or project management, managing budgets, and media campaigns.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally- Proven experience working in digital media and digital advertising- Comfortable working in a startup culture: Demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changesTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
