**About the job**

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you'll:

- Learn about Twilio's products and how to teach others to use them
- Teach 2-4 workshops a week about Twilio's products
- Support and cheer on Twilions when they encounter problems with the workshop content
- Collaborate with our Developer Education team on training content

Depending on your interests, you will also be able to:

- Learn about documentation and contribute to improving our documentation
- Collaborate on advanced training content
- Advocate for our users by raising issues with our products
- Collaborate with our User Experience team on improving the usability of our products
- Write external blog posts

**Location**

This role will be based in our Bogota, Colombia office or remote in Colombia.
