**THE ROLE**
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is an essential part of our company's growth and that is why Phastar is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to help our business development team identify and deliver opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
Employees may be required to perform some or all of the following:
- Increase market awareness of Phastar as a specialty biometric CRO
- Grow sales and deliver quarterly/annual sale targets
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to create plans on enhancing new market penetration
- Gain new accounts through following up on leads and outbound calling.
- Lead RFP process and BDM meetings to support Partnership Directors
- Leads various campaign efforts that Marketing / Partnership Development team supports
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution require or equivalent experience
- Inside Sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be familiar with maintaining and managing a customer relationship database
- At least 2 years of experience working in a CRO and sales experience. Statistical background would be a plus.
